Kenneth Lewis, P.E. is the lead mechanical engineer and owner of Lewis Engineering & Associates, Inc. and is a registered professional engineer in Alabama, Florida and Mississippi. Kenneth Lewis has worked in construction for 5 years, commercial and industrial HVAC equipment sales for 4 years, and has designed thousands of HVAC, controls and mechanical engineering projects with over 25 years of experience. Prior to starting the engineering, Mr. Lewis had 4 years of construction experience and 4 years of commercial & industrial HVAC sales experience. The well rounded experience gained allows Mr. Lewis to engineer and manage well-organized plans that are clear to contractors and suppliers and provide better quality assurance.

Kenneth Lewis of Lewis Engineering has completed numerous technical training seminars, continuing education courses, manufacturing plant tours, conventions and project construction reviews. A broad knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems has been obtained. In addition to completed engineering projects, many projects have included reviews, due-diligence surveys with reports, MEP reports with recommendations, photos, detailed spreadsheet cost estimates, and energy/payback analysis. Mr. Lewis served as past president and is currently an active board member of the Mobile Chapter of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and a member of American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE). Mr. Lewis has also been the recipient of the ASHRAE Region VII design competition for both the commercial and industrial project classifications.

Steve Bryan is in charge of the design and drafting department and is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and has over 20 years of experience as a draftsmen and designer. As an engineering technician with the Frankfort Electric and Water Plant Board in Frankfort, Kentucky, Mr. Bryan designed fiber optic networks and hybrid fiber coaxial cable television systems and was responsible for taking a project from beginning to end, including design, drawing, material list, field changes and as-builds. Mr. Bryan has over 20 years of experience in electrical, mechanical and civil drawing experience drafting power, lighting, HVAC, and civil water and wastewater piping.

Wendell Carroll is in charge of the plumbing engineering department and has been in plumbing design and construction profession for over 30 years. Mr. Carroll has provided plumbing designs for thousands of projects including local, state and federal government, military, commercial and industrial. In addition, Mr. Carroll has provided designs for utility systems, manufacturing, laboratories, military facilities, compressed air systems, dental vacuum systems, commercial car wash systems, fuel gas systems, dental plumbing systems, dental gas systems, hospital plumbing systems, hospital medical gas systems, restaurant and lounges, high rises, churches, townhouses, high rise condominiums and hotels, universities, colleges, and schools. Mr. Carroll has also provided construction management and plumbing inspection services.
